The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake

They spent a lot of time in this book debating the moral dilemma — but if you are asked to kill someone in order to join a secret society, you really just shouldn't…. It's not a super difficult choice.

Maybe the series picks up, but it didn't grab me. The characterization was wonderful, but the pacing was too slow.
